 ou are entering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than 
 £20 (£30 for non-members) then please contact the organiser after you ha
 ve paid for the individual Senior\, or Junior/Student entries and we will 
 arrange refund of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free.\n
 \nPlease note: Participants who are not members of British Orienteering or
  of another orienteering federation are not covered by British Orienteerin
 g’s public liability insurance. You are welcome to enter this event\, bu
 t please understand that you are taking part at your own risk. For example
 \, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage pro
 perty during the event\, you would not be covered. Members of Orienteering
  Ireland are covered by British Orienteering insurance. \n\n\nTerrain Sum

 rt – km + m climb TBC – Suitable for unaccompanied juniors under the a
 ge of 16.\n 	Medium – km + m climb TBC\n 	Long – km + m climb TBC\n\nF
 or the Northern Ireland Urban League\, competitors may enter any course th
 ey wish (with under 16s restricted to the Short course). The scoring syste
 m for the league takes account of age class and gender and is explained he
 re.\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nTake care on all roads\, use footpaths when
  possible. The short course is suitable for Juniors as it does not involve
  road crossings or areas where there is likely to concerns over vehicle tr
 affic. Due to the nature of the longer courses\, juniors aged under 16 on 
 the day are restricted to the Short course unless accompanied by an adult.
 \n\nThere will be a first aid and a qualified first aider available at reg
 istration. Registration is also a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\
 nPlease do not come to the event if you are unwell. Please bring and carry
  any medication you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf
  you come across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get fur
 ther help. There will likely be qualified first aiders on the course who c
 an stop to provide support.\n\nAll participants must return to download\, 
 whether they complete the course or not. This is to account for all compet
 itors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and contr
 ols collected in at 8pm sharp. If you are still out on the course at this 
 time return to finish and download immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nSho
 rts and running vests are permitted for this race. Shoes with spikes and m
 etal dobs are not allowed. It can be muddy in places and therefore shoes w
