 or non-members) then please contact the organiser after you have paid for 
 the individual Senior\, or Junior/Student entries and we will arrange refu
 nd of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free.\n\nSI timing 
 card hire is free but are charged at a replacement cost of £30 if lost.\n

 otes\nShort – km + m climb – The short course is the only course suita
 ble for unaccompanied juniors under the age of 16.\nMedium – km + m clim
 b –\nLong – km + m climb –\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nTake care on a
 ll roads\, use footpaths when possible. The short course is suitable for J
 uniors as it does not involve road crossings or areas where there is likel
 y to concerns over vehicle traffic. Due to the nature of the longer course
 s\, there are age restrictions in place.\n\nThere will be a first aid and 
 a qualified first aider available at registration. Registration is also a 
 safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPlease do not come to the event i
 f you are unwell. Please bring and carry any medication you might need\, e
 specially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across an injured or ill
  person\, please stop\, help and get further help. There will likely be qu
 alified first aiders on the course who can stop to provide support.\n\nAll
  participants must return to download\, whether they complete the course o
 r not. This is to account for all competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe
  return.\n\nCourses will close and controls collected in at 8pm sharp. If 
 you are still out on the course at this time return to finish and download
  immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nShorts and running vests are permitte
 d for this race. Shoes with spikes and metal dobs are not allowed. It can 
 be muddy in places and therefore shoes with some grip would be appropriate
