 – km + m climb – The short course is the only course suitable for unac
 companied juniors under the age of 16.\nMedium – km + m climb –\nLong 
 – km + m climb –\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nTake care on all roads\, u
 se footpaths when possible. The short course is suitable for Juniors as it
  does not involve road crossings or areas where there is likely to concern
 s over vehicle traffic. Due to the nature of the longer courses\, there ar
 e age restrictions in place.\n\nThere will be a first aid and a qualified 
 first aider available at registration. Registration is also a safe place f
 or lost children to wait.\n\nPlease do not come to the event if you are un
 well. Please bring and carry any medication you might need\, especially in
 halers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across an injured or ill person\, pl
 ease stop\, help and get further help. There will likely be qualified firs
 t aiders on the course who can stop to provide support.\n\nAll participant
 s must return to download\, whether they complete the course or not. This 
 is to account for all competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\n
 Courses will close and controls collected in at 8pm sharp. If you are stil
 l out on the course at this time return to finish and download immediately
 .\n\n\nKit requirements\nShorts and running vests are permitted for this r
 ace. Shoes with spikes and metal dobs are not allowed. It can be muddy in 
 places and therefore shoes with some grip would be appropriate.\n\n\nParki
