 3 Day Tollymore Festival of Orienteering which includes the Ballynahinch U
 rban race on Friday\; the NICS event in Tollymore on Saturday\; camping at
  Tollymore and a BBQ after Saturday's race\, and fun activities on Sunday.

 rge is for two seniors and one junior. Additional juniors go free.\n\n**If
  you are entering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than
  £20 (£30 for non-members) then please contact the organiser after you h
 ave paid for the individual Senior\, or Junior/Student entries and we will
  arrange refund of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free.\
 n\nPlease note: Participants who are not members of British Orienteering o
 r of another orienteering federation are not covered by British Orienteeri
 ng’s public liability insurance. You are welcome to enter this event\, b
 ut please understand that you are taking part at your own risk. For exampl
 e\, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage pr
 operty during the event\, you would not be covered. Members of Orienteerin
 g Ireland are covered by British Orienteering insurance. \n\n\nTerrain Su

 + m climb – The short course is the only course suitable for unaccompani
 ed juniors under the age of 16.\nMedium – km + m climb –\nLong – km 
 + m climb –\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nTake care on all roads\, use foot
 paths when possible. The short course is suitable for Juniors as it does n
 ot involve road crossings or areas where there is likely to concerns over 
 vehicle traffic. Due to the nature of the longer courses\, there are age r
 estrictions in place.\n\nThere will be a first aid and a qualified first a
 ider available at registration. Registration is also a safe place for lost
  children to wait.\n\nPlease do not come to the event if you are unwell. P
 lease bring and carry any medication you might need\, especially inhalers 
 and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across an injured or ill person\, please st
 op\, help and get further help. There will likely be qualified first aider
 s on the course who can stop to provide support.\n\nAll participants must 
 return to download\, whether they complete the course or not. This is to a
 ccount for all competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses
  will close and controls collected in at 8pm sharp. If you are still out o
 n the course at this time return to finish and download immediately.\n\n\n
 Kit requirements\nShorts and running vests are permitted for this race. Sh
 oes with spikes and metal dobs are not allowed. It can be muddy in places 
 and therefore shoes with some grip would be appropriate.\n\n\nParking\nTBC
