 3 Day Tollymore Festival of Orienteering which includes the Ballynahinch U
 rban race on Friday\; the NICS event on Slieve Gullion on Saturday\; campi
 ng at Tollymore and a BBQ after Saturday's race\, and fun activities on Su

 tering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than £17 (£22
  for non-members) then please contact the organiser after you have paid fo
 r the individual Senior\, or Junior/Student entries and we will arrange re
 fund of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free.\n\nSI timin
 g card hire is free but are charged at a replacement cost of £30 if lost.

 s\nShort – km + m climb – The short course is the only course suitable
  for unaccompanied juniors under the age of 16.\nMedium – km + m climb 
 –\nLong – km + m climb –\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nTake care on all
  roads\, use footpaths when possible. The short course is suitable for Jun
 iors as it does not involve road crossings or areas where there is likely 
 to concerns over vehicle traffic. Due to the nature of the longer courses\
 , there are age restrictions in place.\n\nThere will be a first aid and a 
 qualified first aider available at registration. Registration is also a sa
 fe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPlease do not come to the event if 
 you are unwell. Please bring and carry any medication you might need\, esp
 ecially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across an injured or ill p
 erson\, please stop\, help and get further help. There will likely be qual
 ified first aiders on the course who can stop to provide support.\n\nAll p
 articipants must return to download\, whether they complete the course or 
 not. This is to account for all competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe r
 eturn.\n\nCourses will close and controls collected in at 8pm sharp. If yo
 u are still out on the course at this time return to finish and download i
 mmediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nShorts and running vests are permitted 
 for this race. Shoes with spikes and metal dobs are not allowed. It can be
  muddy in places and therefore shoes with some grip would be appropriate.\
