 vidual runners and it comes to more than £20 (£30 for non-members) then

 \, or Junior/Student entries and we will arrange refund of the difference.
  Parents accompanying children go free.\n\nPlease note: Participants who a
 re not members of British Orienteering or of another orienteering federati
 on are not covered by British Orienteering’s public liability insurance.
  You are welcome to enter this event\, but please understand that you are 
 taking part at your own risk. For example\, if you were to accidentally in
 jure a member of the public or damage property during the event\, you woul
 d not be covered. Members of Orienteering Ireland are covered by British O
 rienteering insurance. \n\n\nTerrain Summary\nDundrum village has areas o
 f parkland\, housing\, alleyways all overlooked by a historic castle on a

 m + m climb TBC – Suitable for unaccompanied juniors under the age of 16
 .\n 	Medium – km + m climb TBC\n 	Long – km + m climb TBC\n\nThis even
 t is part of the Northern Ireland Urban League and also part of the UK Urb
 an League. For the Northern Ireland Urban League\, competitors may enter a
 ny course they wish (with under 16s restricted to the Short course). The s
 coring system for the league takes account of age class and gender and is 
 explained here.\n\nHowever the UK Urban League is an age class competition
 \, explained here. If competitors wish to be awarded points in the UK Urba
 n League then the following courses should be entered:\n\n 	Short –   
  M/W Young Juniors 12-\,   M/W Juniors 16-\,   W HyperVet 75+.\n 	Medi
 um – W SuperVet 55+\,   M/W UltraVet 65+\,   M HyperVet 75+\n 	Long 
 –    M/W Open\,   M/W Vet 40+\,   M SuperVet 55+\n\n\n\n\nFirst Ai
 d and Safety\nTake care on all roads\, use footpaths when possible. The sh
 ort course is suitable for Juniors as it does not involve road crossings o
 r areas where there is likely to concerns over vehicle traffic. Due to the
  nature of the longer courses\, juniors aged under 16 on the day are restr
 icted to the Short course unless accompanied by an adult.\n\nThere will be
  a first aid and a qualified first aider available at registration. Regist
 ration is also a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPlease do not co
 me to the event if you are unwell. Please bring and carry any medication y
 ou might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across 
 an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get further help. There 
 will likely be qualified first aiders on the course who can stop to provid
 e support.\n\nAll participants must return to download\, whether they comp
 lete the course or not. This is to account for all competitors\, ensuring 
 everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and controls collected in 
 at 8pm sharp. If you are still out on the course at this time return to fi
 nish and download immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nShorts and running v
 ests are permitted for this race. Shoes with spikes and metal dobs are not
  allowed. It can be muddy in places and therefore shoes with some grip wou
 ld be appropriate.\n\n\nParking\nParking is in the public car park on Dund
 rum Road/Main Street near the north end of the village. Coming from Belfas
 t\, it is on the left hand side immediately after the GAA car park and opp
 osite Sacred Heart Church\, BT33 0SA. There are no parking fees. Alternati
 vely park in a layby on Main Street. From the carpark follow the route to 
 the start along the seaward side of Main Street\, past the Brennans Spar a
 nd cross the road at the pelican crossing. Then follow the tagged route. D
 istance from carpark to start approx 900m. Distance from carpark to finish
 /registration approx 700m. Distrance from resistration to start approx 400
 m. Pre-entered competitors may go directly to the start.\n\n\nToilets\nThe
 re are toilets at Dundrum Inner Bay carpark which is approx 1.8km south of
  Dundrum on the Newcastle Road A2.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;
