Bridges across the main river are not compulsory crossing point s unless the weather dictates otherwise. Please be sensible with river cro ssings - do not cross where the water is deep or has sheer banks – uncro ssable parts are shown on the map where the river is bordered by a black l ine.\n\nThere will be first aid and a qualified first aider available at r egistration. If you come across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, h elp and get further help. There will likely be qualified first aiders on t he course who can stop to provide support.
