 enteering which includes the Urban race on Friday\; this NICS event on Sat
 urday\; camping at Tollymore and a BBQ after this race on Saturday\, and f

 e. You are welcome to enter this event\, but please understand that you ar
 e taking part at your own risk. For example\, if you were to accidentally 
 injure a member of the public or damage property during the event\, you wo
 uld not be covered. Members of Orienteering Ireland are covered by British
  Orienteering insurance. \n\n\nTerrain Summary\nTBC\n\n\nPrevious Maps/Ro
 utegadget\nTBC\n\n\nCourse Notes\n⚪ White – km + m climb – navigate 
 along paths with few route choice decisions. Aimed at primary school aged 
 newcomers.\n🟡 Yellow – km + m climb – along paths with more route c
 hoice decisions. Appropriate for newcomers and younger juniors with some e
 xperience.\n🟠 Orange – km + m climb – skills needed to navigate awa
 y from paths and more route choice decisions\, some compass skills are exp
 ected. Aimed at novice adults and improving juniors.\n🟢 Light Green –
  km + m climb – this course requires confident map reading and compass s
 kills.\n🟢 Short Green – km + m climb – this course is set at the hi
 ghest technical difficulty but shorter to attract those who may struggle w
 ith a longer physical course.\n🟢 Green – km + m climb – technically
  and reasonably physically demanding course.\n🔵 Blue – km + m climb 
 – technically and physically demanding course.\n🟤 Brown – km + m cl
 imb – technical and very physically demanding course.\n\n\nFirst Aid and
  Safety\nThere will be a first aid and a qualified first aider available a
 t registration. Registration is also a safe place for lost children to wai
 t.\n\nPlease do not come to the event if you are unwell.\n\nPlease bring a
 nd carry any medication you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’
 s.\n\nIf you come across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and
  get further help. There will likely be qualified first aiders on the cour
 se who can stop to provide support.\n\nAll participants must return to dow
 nload\, whether they complete the course or not. This is to account for al
 l competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close a
 nd controls collected in at 3pm sharp. If you are still out on the course 
 at this time return to finish and download immediately.\n\n\nKit requireme
 nts\nFull body cover is mandatory.\n\nA whistle (emergency alert is 6 loud
  blasts per minute) is mandatory.\n\nA waterproof jacket may also be manda
 tory if the organisers decide the weather requires one\, so bring one alon
