 km + m climb – navigate along paths with few route choice decisions. Aim
 ed at primary school aged newcomers.\n🟡 Yellow – km + m climb – alo
 ng paths with more route choice decisions. Appropriate for newcomers and y
 ounger juniors with some experience.\n🟠 Orange – km + m climb – ski
 lls needed to navigate away from paths and more route choice decisions\, s
 ome compass skills are expected. Aimed at novice adults and improving juni
 ors.\n🟢 Light Green – km + m climb – this course requires confident
  map reading and compass skills.\n🟢 Short Green – km + m climb – th
 is course is set at the highest technical difficulty but shorter to attrac
 t those who may struggle with a longer physical course.\n🟢 Green – km
  + m climb – technically and reasonably physically demanding course.\n
 🔵 Blue – km + m climb – technically and physically demanding course
 .\n🟤 Brown – km + m climb – technical and very physically demanding
  course.\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nThere will be a first aid and a qualif
 ied first aider available at registration. Registration is also a safe pla
 ce for lost children to wait.\n\nPlease do not come to the event if you ar
 e unwell.\n\nPlease bring and carry any medication you might need\, especi
 ally inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across an injured or ill pers
 on\, please stop\, help and get further help. There will likely be qualifi
 ed first aiders on the course who can stop to provide support.\n\nAll part
 icipants must return to download\, whether they complete the course or not
 . This is to account for all competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe retu
 rn.\n\nCourses will close and controls collected in at 3pm sharp. If you a
 re still out on the course at this time return to finish and download imme
 diately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nFull body cover is mandatory.\n\nA whistle
  (emergency alert is 6 loud blasts per minute) is mandatory.\n\nA waterpro
 of jacket may also be mandatory if the organisers decide the weather requi
