DESCRIPTION:SPRING CUP COMES TO CRAWFORDSBURN\n\nLooking forward to seeing 
 a great turnout at this Saturday’s Spring Cup in Crawfordsburn.  The vi
 llage is signposted from the Belfast - Bangor A2 road about 4 miles from B
 angor.  Please follow the one-way system\, past the Country Park Centre a
 nd downhill to the carpark nearest to the beach where you will find the MO
 O (Mobile Orienteering Office) for registration.\n\n 	Registration opens 1
 1.00am\n 	Starts 11.30am - 1.00pm\n 	Courses close 2.30pm\n\nThe start wil
 l be a taped 10 minute walk from the parking.\n\nThere will be the usual 3
  courses -\n\n 	Green 4.5k\n 	Orange 2.6k\n 	Yellow 1.3k\n\nRunners on the
  Yellow course must use the bridges to cross the river.\n\nTake care on th
 e main road through the park - all courses cross this route\n\nEntry Fees:

 n£5\n£7\n\n\nJunior\n£3\n£4\n\n\nFamily\n£17\n£22\n\n\n\nGet Annual 
 Membership at the event and enter at the Member rate!   Non members who 
 compete in more than three events are not covered by our public liability 
 insurance.\n\nPlease note there will be a £1 addition to the entry cost f
 or Adults only due to access fees being applied by the landowners.\n\nPlea
 se note also that all non- club competitors must sign onto a registration 
 sheet and all runners must report to Download even if they do not complete
  their course.\n\nFacilities in the Park include toilets and a spacious ca
