 \n🟡 Yellow – km + m climb – along paths with more route choice deci
 sions. Appropriate for newcomers and younger juniors with some experience.
 \n🟠 Orange – km + m climb – skills needed to navigate away from pat
 hs and more route choice decisions\, some compass skills are expected. Aim
 ed at novice adults and improving juniors.\n🟢 Short Green – km + m cl
 imb – a technically challenging course but not too long and physical.\n
 🔵 Short Blue – km + m climb – technically and physically demanding 
 course.\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nWatch out for other park users.\n\nTher
 e will be a first aid and a qualified first aider available at registratio
 n. Registration is also a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPlease 
 do not come to the event if you are unwell.\n\nPlease bring and carry any 
 medication you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you 
 come across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get further 
 help. There will likely be qualified first aiders on the course who can st
 op to provide support.\n\nAll participants must return to download\, wheth
 er they complete the course or not. This is to account for all competitors
 \, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and controls c
 ollected in at 3pm sharp. If you are still out on the course at this time 
 return to finish and download immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nFull bod
 y cover is mandatory.\n\nA whistle (emergency alert is 6 loud blasts per m
 inute) is mandatory.\n\nA waterproof jacket may also be mandatory if the o
 rganisers decide the weather requires one\, so bring one along just in cas
