DESCRIPTION:The second Spring Cup will take place next Saturday 9th March i
 n Woodburn Forest\, Carrickfergus. Parking is available at Woodburn Presby
 terian Church (toilets are available).\n\nRegistration opens at 11am with 
 starts from 11:30 to 1.00pm. Courses close 3.00pm.\n\nThe map has been upd
 ated and runners should expect to encounter a significant amount of storm 
 damage\, most of which is passable.  Individual fallen trees have not bee
 n mapped.  Any larger blocks of windblown trees have been mapped as fight
 .  There has also been a lot of Mountain Bike and Scrambler activity whic
 h has generated new minor paths.  Only the more obvious of these have bee
 n added to the map.\n\nThe Yellow course has two short sections that follo
 w earth banks. Parents should please make sure that children are aware of 
 this and perhaps point out examples of earth banks near the start area if 
 appropriate.\n\nAs usual there will be 3 courses Green\, Orange and Yellow
