DESCRIPTION:It's back! The Spring Cup springs back into action.\nWilbert Ho
 llinger has planned some excellent courses. Lyle Fleming is Controller and
  the Organiser is Anne Bell.\n\nThree courses are planned\, so something f
 or everyone:\n\nGreen   5.4km  95m climb   16 controls\nOrange 3.2km 
  65m climb   12 controls\nYellow   2.3km  35m climb     9 controls\n
 \nParking and assembly are at Woodburn Presbyterian Church\, where toilets
  will be available.\n\nThe start is some 950m from the assembly but the fi
 nish is only 350m from there\n\nWoodburn is largely a coniferous plantatio
 n although there are small patches of decidious woodland. Courses have be
 en designed to use the most runnable areas of the forest but patches of br
 ambles may be encountered. There are numerous earthbanks and some steepsi
 ded ditches. Bill Simpson has kindly made some recent updates to the map 
 and long course runners can look forward to visiting a previously unused a
 rea.\n\nPlease note that\, with bikers frequenting parts of the forest\, t
 here may be a few unmarked tracks. Some paths are very muddy.\n\nPlease no
 te also that\, after recent rain\, the yellow area around the reservoir is
  greatly reduced.\n\n\n\n\nMember\nNon-Member\n\n\nSenior (aged 21 or over
