 C\n\n\nEvent Format\nLVO invites our junior orienteers to Skills Squad.\n\
 nJoin us for a six-week coaching programme designed to help junior oriente
 ers build confidence and improve their navigating. Each week will focus on
  a different key skill\, with fun\, practical activities and challenges to
  help participants develop their orienteering.\n\nEach session will take p
 lace on a different area.\n\nSessions are for juniors who are currently\, 
 confidently completing TD3 (orange courses)\n\nJuniors must be accompanied
  by an adult for the duration of the coaching.\n\n\nEntry/Registration\nRe
 gister HERE via this online form.\n\n\nRegistration closes\nMidnight\, Wed
 nesday Nov 11th\n\n\nStart Times\nArrive 9.45am for registration. Coaching
  takes place 1000am to 1130am\, with a chance to catch up with coaches and
  friends over tea/coffee/squash afterwards.\n\n\nPrice\n💰 Training is f
 ree for members of LVO\, NIOA and Orienteering Ireland.\n\n* Coaching is o
 nly available to members of LVO\, NIOA and Orienteering Ireland.\n\nFor 20
 26 membership\, JOIN HERE via the British Orienteering website\, selecting

 Adverse Weather\n⛈️ In the event of bad weather this activity may be m
 oved to a different location.\n\n\nNotes\n Groups will be organised into 
 juniors with the same level of technical ability\n\n\nKit requirements\n
 🧥👖 Full body cover is mandatory. If the weather is cold or wet – a
  waterproof jacket will be mandatory. As well as times of exercise there w
 ill be periods of coaching when you will be stationary\, so layer up – b
 ring along an extra jumper\, a hat and gloves to keep comfortable. There i
 s likely to be a bag drop off point with a coach present or close by. NOTE
 : the club or coach is not responsible for the safe keeping of the kit\, i
 t is dropped off at your own risk\, so please leave any valuables in the c
