 nt Format\nLVO invites our junior orienteers to Skills Squad.\n\nJoin us f
 or a six-week coaching programme designed to help junior orienteers build 
 confidence and improve their navigating. Each week will focus on a differe
 nt key skill\, with fun\, practical activities and challenges to help part
 icipants develop their orienteering.\n\nEach session will take place on a 
 different area.\n\nSessions are for juniors who are currently\, confidentl
 y completing TD3 (orange courses)\n\nJuniors must be accompanied by an adu
 lt for the duration of the coaching.\n\n\nEntry/Registration\nRegister HER
 E via this online form.\n\n\nRegistration closes\nMidnight\, Wednesday Oct
 ober 7th\n\n\nStart Times\nArrive 9.45am for registration. Coaching takes 
 place 10.00am to 11.30am\, with a chance to catch up with coaches and frie
 nds over tea/coffee/squash afterwards.\n\n\nPrice\n💰 Training is free f
 or members of LVO\, NIOA and Orienteering Ireland.\n\n* Coaching is only a

 as your club.\n\n\nTerrain Summary\nThe area is popular with hikers and ru
 nners\, so take care and treat others with courtesy.\n\n\nAdverse Weather\
 n⛈️ In the event of bad weather this activity may be moved to a differ
 ent location.\n\n\nNotes\n Groups will be organised into juniors with the
  same level of technical ability\n\n\nKit requirements\n🧥👖 Full body
  cover is mandatory. If the weather is cold or wet – a waterproof jacket
  will be mandatory. As well as times of exercise there will be periods of 
 coaching when you will be stationary\, so layer up – bring along an extr
 a jumper\, a hat and gloves to keep comfortable. There is likely to be a b
 ag drop off point with a coach present or close by. NOTE: the club or coac
 h is not responsible for the safe keeping of the kit\, it is dropped off a
 t your own risk\, so please leave any valuables in the car. All should car
