 lmore Mountain\n\n\nEvent Format\nLVO invites our junior orienteers to Ski
 lls Squad.\n\nJoin us for a six-week coaching programme designed to help j
 unior orienteers build confidence and improve their navigating. Each week 
 will focus on a different key skill\, with fun\, practical activities and 
 challenges to help participants develop their orienteering.\n\nEach sessio
 n will take place on a different area.\n\nSessions are for juniors who are
  currently\, confidently completing TD3 (orange courses).\n\nJuniors must 
 be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the coaching.\n\n\nEntry/Re
 gistration\nRegister HERE via this online form.\n\nRegister ONCE for the s
 ix-week program. If you cannot attend one of the weeks\, please email the 
 Juniors &amp\; Families Officer.\n\n\nRegistration closes\nMidnight\, Wedn
 esday October 7th\n\n\nStart Times\nArrive 9.45am for registration. Coachi
 ng takes place 10.00am to 11.30am\, with a chance to catch up with coaches
  and friends over tea/coffee/squash afterwards.\n\n\nPrice\n💰 Training 
 is free for members of LVO\, NIOA and Orienteering Ireland.\n\n* Coaching

 ting LVO as your club.\n\n\nTerrain Summary\nMeelmore is open mountain wit
 h a lot of contour and rock detail.\n\nThe area is popular with hikers and
  runners\, so take care and treat others with courtesy.\n\n\nAdverse Weath
 er\n⛈️ In the event of bad weather this activity may be moved to a dif
 ferent location.\n\n\nNotes\n Groups will be organised into juniors with 
 the same level of technical ability\n\n\nKit requirements\n🧥👖 Full b
 ody cover is mandatory. If the weather is cold or wet – a waterproof jac
 ket will be mandatory. As well as times of exercise there will be periods 
 of coaching when you will be stationary\, so layer up – bring along an e
 xtra jumper\, a hat and gloves to keep comfortable. There is likely to be 
 a bag drop off point with a coach present or close by. NOTE: the club or c
 oach is not responsible for the safe keeping of the kit\, it is dropped of
 f at your own risk\, so please leave any valuables in the car. All should
