Clothing may be left close to the start w hich will be passed when returning from the finish. Download will be in th e LVO Mobile Orienteering Office in the parking field.\n\nParking is at Me elmore Lodge\, 52 Trassey Rd\, Bryansford\, Newcastle BT33 0QB.  Entering the gate at Meelmore Lodge\, please park in the parking field\, behind Me elmore Lodge\, not the car park to the front. Keep right as you enter the gate. Car parking is charged at £4 per day. The carparking charge will b e collected by an event official upon entry to the parking field. A café is available.\n\n\n\n\nStarts &\; Start lists\nTimed Start: Call-up wil l be at -3 minutes. Competitors must be at the start in good time and will be called forward three minutes before their allocated start time. In areas where there is a high concentration of boulders only the most d istinct boulders are mapped. The area is popular with hikers and so there are some small evolving paths that are not mapped. Ferns are not mapped. Registration is also a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPlease d o not come to the event if you are unwell.\n\nPlease bring and carry any m edication you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you c ome across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get further h elp. There will likely be qualified first aiders on the course who can sto p to provide support.\n\nAll participants must return to download\, whethe r they complete the course or not. This is to account for all competitors\ , ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and controls co llected in at 3pm sharp.
