🧭Start the year in the right direction!
🌳On Sunday 16th January, come along to the first of our four Score Training Sessions at Crawfordsburn Country Park.
Meet at the last two carparks on RHS of the road as it exits the park, labelled ‘Glen’. There will be an O sign there. https://goo.gl/maps/KGFAL1fsGpktVapb9
Start will be 1 minute from far end of the carparks.
⌚If you haven’t done a Score courses before, they differ from normal linear courses because there is no set route, the controls can be visited in any order and the aim is to try and get as many controls within 45 minutes. How hard you push yourself within the time is up to you, so perfect for all abilities. It’s important to bring a watch. Naturally, the furthest away controls score more points than the nearest.

💷Price £2 members (£4 non-members)
🚦Start time 14:00. If you need to hire a dibber please go to registration (operating out of the back of a car). Hire price is free, but if lost there is a £30 replacement cost.
There is commonly considerable traffic passing through Crawfordsburn, but the course has been planned to try and avoid the need for any ‘road running’ between points, and to minimise road crossings. There will be a caution notice put out to advise drivers of ‘runners on road’, but we ask that parents of younger persons consider the traffic element of Crawfordsburn for those not under parental supervision.
