 ountains? Would like to learn a new outdoor sport that all the family can 
 take part in?\n\nTaking place on the last Sunday of the month\, LVO invite
 s you to Running Wild\, a chance for like-minded families to learn about o
 rienteering together and find out about how to get involved in our excitin
 g club and sport.\n\nAll children must be accompanied by an adult for the 
 duration of the coaching\, up to a maximum of four children per adult. Thi
 s is not a drop-off service.\n\n\nEntry/Registration\nRegister via this ON
 LINE FORM\n\n\nRegistration closes\nMidnight\, Wednesday 21 January 2026\n
 \n\nStart Times\nArrive 9.25am for registration. Coaching takes place 9.30
 am to 10.30am\, with a chance to catch up with coaches and friends over te
 a/coffee/squash until 11am.\n\n\nPrice\n💰 Training is free for members 
 of LVO\, NIOA and Orienteering Ireland.\n\n💰 Non-members are also welco
 me to attend any of our activities and events\, but there is a £3 fee per
  child for this activity\, up to a max of £10 per family. After attending
  three orienteering events\, people must join a club so they are insured. 
 For 2025 membership\, JOIN HERE via the British Orienteering website\, sel
 ecting LVO as your club.\n\n\nTerrain Summary\nTollymore forest is a great
  place to discover the sport of orienteering. It has a network of paths an
 d tracks to help navigate\, as well as runnable forest with a variety of f
 eatures. The forest is popular with hikers\, runners\, dog walkers\, horse
  riders and mountain bikers\, so take care and treat others with courtesy.

  be organised into children with the same level of technical ability\, eac
 h having a dedicated coach.\n\n\nKit requirements\n🧥👖 Full body cove
 r is mandatory. If the weather is cold or wet – a waterproof jacket will
  be mandatory. As well as times of exercise there will be periods of coach
 ing when you will be stationary\, so layer up – bring along an extra jum
 per\, a hat and gloves to keep comfortable. There is likely to be a bag dr
 op off point with a coach present or close by. NOTE: the club or coach is 
 not responsible for the safe keeping of the kit\, it is dropped off at you
 r own risk\, so please leave any valuables in the car. All should carry wh
 istles.\n\n\nParking\n£5 at entrance\; free if you have annual pass (cost
