SUMMARY:Pre-WEE Training
DESCRIPTION:As a warm-up for the 2019 WEE season\, there will be a Pre-WEE 
 Coaching Evening on Wed 1 May in Ormeau Park. The club will offer 3 levels
  of coaching - Level 1 for absolute beginners who have never been to a WEE
 \; Level 2 for those that have attended one or 2 WEEs or equivalent and wo
 uld like to develop their basic skills\; Level 3 for more experienced orie
 nteers which will offer an opportunity to refresh and practise many of the
  basic skills and techniques that may have been rusting over the winter.\n
 \nLevels 1 and 2 will run twice each for 45 minutes\, starting at 6.30pm a
 nd 7.15pm\n\nLevel 3 will be available between 6.30pm and 7.30 pm for indi
 vidual starts.\n\nPlease be at Ormeau Park main car park at least 15 minut
 es before the session you would like to attend so that we can register you
  and direct you to the start point. The cost will be £2 each to cover map
  costs. You will need footwear suitable for running (even if you plan only
