 COUL returns for event 5 of NI’s first Urban Orienteering League:\nFOLLY
  GLEN\, ARMAGH - a BRAND NEW area and map.\n\nThe format – Middle Distan
 ce Urban. FUN and SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE.\n\nDETAILS\nCourses: There will b
 e three courses on offer so everyone is catered for whatever your ability 
 and experience\, be it complete beginner or NI Champion.\nFor the competit
 ion: 3 different classes: 12 &amp\; under\, under 16’s\, and Open\, each
  split M/F with age class adjusted results so everyone starts on a level p
 laying field. If you're interested\, all you ladies are being compared to 
 Charlotte Ward\, and all you gents to Graham Gristwood and Oystein Kvaal O
 sterbo so we'll see if we have any future stars in our midsts.\n\n1. OPEN 
 : over 16's only if unaccompanied. Under 16's can do this course if accomp
 anied by an adult.\n\n2. YOUTH &amp\; NOVICE : For 13-15 year old's who wi
 sh to run unaccompanied\, and adult beginners / novices.\n\n3. JUNIOR &amp
 \; BEGINNERS : For young kids under 13 and all family beginners. This will
  be a great fun event for you.\n\nPARKING &amp\; REGISTRATION : Orchard Le
 isure Centre\, Folly Lane\, Armagh. BT60 1AT\n\nPLEASE NOTE : Parking spac
 es are limited so please car share if you can! If there are no spaces in t
 he car park\, please park adjacent to the Leisure Centre\, but be consider
 ate to the locals!\n\nFacilities : Toilets\, Cafe\, Swimming Pool\, so why
  not have a refreshing swim after your run ( if you have the energy )!\n\n

 name and course :\nIndividual Adult run : £ 7.00\nUnwaged / student : £ 
 5.00\nUnder 18 / all kids / a family group run with kids : £ 3.00\nFamily
  ( 2 adults and 2 or more children each doing their own course ) : £ 17.0
