Registration and download are from a Mazda car\, there will be no LVO M OO.\n\nCourses\nThere will be two courses\n\n Senior course 45 minutes\, 30 controls\, values 10 and 20 points each.\n Junior course 45 minutes\, 20 controls\, values 10 and 20 points each.\n\nPenalty 10 points per minut e\, or part minute\, late. Objective: to score as many points as possible. \n\nCourse Safety\nIt is advisable to wear full body cover including gaite rs or bramble bashers. In places there are extensive areas of brambles\, r hododendron\, nettles and brashings\, for which you will appreciate the co ver they provide. Other parts of the woodland are beautifully runnable.\n\ nParts of the course can be very muddy. There are some steep slopes. There are also some deep ditches which might need to be crossed. They can be we t.\n\nIf crossing the deer park (the large open area on the southern side of the map) please remember to close the gates behind you.\n\nMap\n\n 1:7 \,500 with 5m contour intervals.\n There are many mountain-bike tracks\; some unmapped.\n\nStarts – Due to coronavirus restrictions there will be no mass start. Start times will be pre-allocated with one minute between starts. Start times are in 15min blocks with up to 14 runners at each star t area. There will be two start lines (Senior and Junior) approx. 5m apart . The starts are adjacent to the car park.\n\nFinish &\; Download: Afte r finishing proceed to the download car and then\, due to coronavirus meas ures\, go home. Please do not loiter.\n\nFacilities\nParkanaur has a coffe e cart in the car park. There is also a toilet available in the courtyard to the Parkanaur manor house.\n\nCoronavirus Safety Measures\nA number of measures have been put in place to provide for 2m Social Distancing and en sure your safety throughout this activity.
