Course Safety
It is advisable to wear full body cover including gaiters or bramble bashers. In places there are extensive areas of brambles, rhododendron, nettles and brashings, for which you will appreciate the cover they provide. Other parts of the woodland are beautifully runnable.

Parts of the course can be very muddy. There are some steep slopes. There are also some deep ditches which might need to be crossed. They can be wet.

If crossing the deer park (the large open area on the southern side of the map) please remember to close the gates behind you.

Map
