  9.45am for briefing and group preparation. Coaching takes place 10am to 1
 2pm.\n\nControl gathering 12pm to 12.30pm.\n\n\nPrice\nFree for members of

  or wet – a waterproof jacket will be mandatory. As well as times of exe
 rcise there will be periods of coaching when you will be stationary\, so l
 ayer up – bring along a hat and gloves to keep comfortable. There is lik
 ely to be a bag drop off point with a coach present or close by. NOTE: the
  club or coach is not responsible for the safe keeping of the kit\, it is 
 dropped off at your own risk\, so please leave any valuables in the car. A
 ll should carry whistles. Bring a compass if you use and have one.  Dibbe
 rs are not required.\n\n\nParking\nNearest toilets are in The Quays Shoppi
 ng Centre\, Newry. There are no toilets available on-site.\n\n\n\nToilets\
