 ast event of 2024 - an Urban forage around the lovely grounds of St. Luke'
 s Hospital.\nThis Event is also the last leg of this year’s NI Urban Lea
 gue and consequently I wouldn’t want to disappoint any of you Urban fans
 . For your delight we will be using a newly extended map ( as if you need 
 any more stress ) and as ever\, I’m planning all the fun. What's not to

 📍Luke's Hospital\, Armagh\n\n\nEvent Format\nUrban Orienteering. Course
 s for all abilities. Please note this is an Urban event and thus there wil
 l be age restrictions on who can run what unaccompanied.\n\n\nEntry/Regist

 \n\nRegistration closes\nMidnight Friday 13th December\n\n\nStart Times\n2
 pm - 3.30pm. Late starters may need a torch. Courses close 4.30 pm\n\n\nPr
 ice\nIndividual Senior run ( aged 21 &amp\; over ) : £8\,\n\nFamily group
  or Junior/Student £4 per map.\n\nFor end of 2024 and 2025 membership\, J

 Notes/Courses\nLong : ~ 7.0 km\n\nMedium : ~ 4.3 km 33 controls\n\nShort :
  ~ 2.3 km\, 24 controls\n\nPlease Note: for the Medium and Long courses yo
 u will need a dibber capable of holding more than 33 controls. i.e. SI Car
 d 9 and upwards or a SIAC.\n\nSI AIR will not be turned on!\nCourse Safety
  &amp\; Junior Restrictions:\nThe Short Course is free of vehicular traffi
 c. There are no road crossings and consequently I deem it perfectly safe f
 or all teens and above to be able to navigate on their own.\nFor 12’s an
 d under I would still recommend that the juniors are either accompanied or
  shadowed. Whilst there is no traffic\, we are still in an urban environm
 ent and safeguarding concerns need to be taken into account as well as H &
 amp\; S.\nPlease note that for any adult wishing to shadow a junior and t
 hen have their own run afterwards\, they will be\nclassed as Non-Comp in t
 he results having entered the competition area prior to competing themselv
 es.\nAny under 16’s wishing to complete the Medium or Long Courses will 
 need to be accompanied by an over 16 year old\n\n\nKit requirements\n🧥
