  for two seniors and one junior. Additional juniors go free.\n\n**If you a
 re entering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than £20 
 (£30 for non-members) then please contact the organiser after you have pa
 id for the individual Senior\, or Junior/Student entries and we will arran
 ge refund of the difference. Parents accompanying children go free.\n\nPle
 ase note: Participants who are not members of British Orienteering or of a
 nother orienteering federation are not covered by British Orienteering’s
  public liability insurance. You are welcome to enter this event\, but ple
 ase understand that you are taking part at your own risk. For example\, if
  you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property
  during the event\, you would not be covered. Members of Orienteering Irel
 and are covered by British Orienteering insurance. \n\n\nTerrain Summary\
 nTBC\n\n\nPrevious Maps/Routegadget\nTBC\n\n\nCourse Notes\n\n\n 	Short 
 – km + m climb TBC – Suitable for unaccompanied juniors under the age 
 of 16.\n 	Medium – km + m climb TBC\n 	Long – km + m climb TBC\n\nFor 
 the Northern Ireland Urban League\, competitors may enter any course they 
 wish (with under 16s restricted to the Short course). The scoring system f
 or the league takes account of age class and gender and is explained here.
 \n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nTake care on all roads\, use footpaths when po
 ssible. The short course is suitable for Juniors as it does not involve ro
 ad crossings or areas where there is likely to concerns over vehicle traff
 ic. Due to the nature of the longer courses\, juniors aged under 16 on the
  day are restricted to the Short course unless accompanied by an adult.\n\
 nThere will be a first aid and a qualified first aider available at regist
 ration. Registration is also a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPl
 ease do not come to the event if you are unwell. Please bring and carry an
 y medication you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf yo
 u come across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get furthe
 r help. There will likely be qualified first aiders on the course who can 
 stop to provide support.\n\nAll participants must return to download\, whe
 ther they complete the course or not. This is to account for all competito
 rs\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and controls
  collected in at 8pm sharp. If you are still out on the course at this tim
 e return to finish and download immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nShorts
  and running vests are permitted for this race. Shoes with spikes and meta
 l dobs are not allowed. It can be muddy in places and therefore shoes with
