Registration is also a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPle ase do not come to the event if you are unwell.\n\nPlease bring and carry any medication you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPenā€™s.\n\nIf you come across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get furt her help. There will likely be qualified first aiders on the course who ca n stop to provide support.\n\nAll participants must return to download\, w hether they complete the course or not. This is to account for all competi tors\, ensuring everyoneā€™s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and contro ls collected in at 3pm sharp.
