DESCRIPTION:\n\n\nFixture Format\nNorthern Ireland Sprint Championships.\n\
 nLVO are hosting both the NI Sprint Championships and the NI Middle Champi
 onships on the same day. Anyone can take part\, but you need to be a prese
 nt member of NIOA to be eligible for a prize.\n\nThere will be a planned b

 age. If entry is by SI Entries\, the entries page will give the definitive
  prices.\n\n\nCourses\nIf you wish to run competitively in the NI Champion
 ship you must:\n\n 	be a current member of a NI Orienteering club\,\n 	run
  unaccompanied\n 	enter the course relating to your age class or “run-up
 ”. You cannot change class after entries close and still qualify for NI 
 Champs.\n\nNote that anyone who has not passed their 16th birthday on the 
 day of the event must enter a junior class.\n\nDespite the “Championship
 ” title\, sprint orienteering is by definition at maximum Technical Diff
 iculty 3 (Orange standard)\, with 12s and under at TD2 (Yellow). Novices s
 hould therefore still be able to successfully complete the course appropri
 ate for their age class.\n\nThe NI Sprint Championships has the following

 ummary\nUrban\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nWatch out for other park users\, 
 including dog walkers\, bikers and golfers.\n\nThere will be first aid and
  a qualified first aider available at registration. If you come across an 
 injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get further help. There wil
 l likely be qualified first aiders on the course who can stop to provide s
 upport. Please do not come to the event if you are unwell. Please bring an
 d carry any medication you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s
 .\n\nPlease take a note of the course closure time. If you are still out o
 n the course at this time return to finish and download immediately. All p
 articipants must return to download\, whether they complete the course or 
 not. This is to account for all competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe r
 eturn.\n\nRegistration is a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\n\nKit
