 wish to run competitively you must:\n\n 	be a current member of a NI Orien
 teering club\,\n 	run unaccompanied\n 	enter the course relating to your a
 ge class\n\nNote that anyone who has not passed their 16th birthday on the
  day of the event must enter a junior class.\n\nDespite the "Championship"
  title\, sprint orienteering is by definition at maximum Technical Difficu
 lty 3 (Orange standard)\, with 12s and under at TD2 (Yellow). Therefore no
 vices should still be able to sucessfully complete the course appropriate

 \n\n\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nThere will be a first aid and a qualified 
 first aider available at registration. Registration is also a safe place f
 or lost children to wait.\n\nPlease do not come to the event if you are un
 well.\n\nPlease bring and carry any medication you might need\, especially
  inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across an injured or ill person\,
  please stop\, help and get further help. There will likely be qualified f
 irst aiders on the course who can stop to provide support.\n\nAll particip
 ants must return to download\, whether they complete the course or not. Th
 is is to account for all competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\
 n\nCourses will close and controls collected in at 2pm sharp (TBC). If you
  are still out on the course at this time return to finish and download im
 mediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nShorts and running vests are permitted f
 or this race. Shoes with spikes and metal dobs are not allowed.\n\n\nParki
