 ng the NI Middle Distance Championships later that day. Any one can take p
 art\, but to be eligible for a NIOA prize you need to be a current member.

 re.\n\n\nCourse Notes\nIf you wish to run competitively in the NI Champion
 ship you must:\n\n 	be a current member of a NI Orienteering club\,\n 	run
  unaccompanied\n 	enter the course relating to your age class or "run-up"\
 n\n 	... You cannot change class after entries close and still qualify for
  NI Champs\n\n\n\nNote that anyone who has not passed their 16th birthday 
 on the day of the event must enter a junior class. Note that the M/W16- co
 urse has a map flip.\n\nDespite the "Championship" title\, sprint orientee
 ring is by definition at maximum Technical Difficulty 3 (Orange standard)\
 , with 12s and under at TD2 (Yellow). Therefore novices should still be ab
 le to sucessfully complete the course appropriate for their age class.\n\n
 The NI Sprint Championships has the following classes:\n\n\n\nM Open\n\nCo
 urse 1 - 2.8km\n\n\nM Vet 40+\nW Open\nCourse 2 - 2.7km\n\n\nM Super Vet 5
 5+\nW Super Vet 40+\nCourse 3 - 2.5km\n\n\nM Ultra Vet 65+\,  M Hyper Vet
  75+\nW Super Vet\,  W Ultra Vet 65+\,  W Hyper Vet 75+\nCourse 4 - 2.3k
 m\n\n\nM Junior 16-\nW Junior 16-\nCourse 5 - 2.2km with map flip\n\n\nM J
 unior 12-\nW Junior 12-\nCourse 6 - 1.2\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\
 nThere will be a first aid and a qualified first aider available at regist
 ration. Registration is also a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPl
 ease do not come to the event if you are unwell.\n\nPlease bring and carry
  any medication you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf
  you come across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get fur
 ther help. There will likely be qualified first aiders on the course who c
 an stop to provide support.\n\nAll participants must return to download\, 
 whether they complete the course or not. This is to account for all compet
 itors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and contr
 ols collected in at 2pm sharp. If you are still out on the course at this 
 time return to finish and download immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nSho
 rts and running vests are permitted for this race. Shoes with spikes and m
 etal dobs are not allowed.\n\n\nParking\nCarpark outside Limavady Central

  Valley Leisure Centre (350m walk from Limavady Central PS) OR in the carp
