DESCRIPTION:Directions:  Gortin Glen Forest Park is located about 10km out
 side Omagh on the B48. GR 487823 Sheet 13 OSNI 1:50000 series. There is a 
 pay and display carpark – £4.00 per car (all day). Toilets are availabl
 e.\n\nNI Score Saturday 20th February 2016\n\nRegistration and Download 
  will be adjacent to the car park.\n\n	Mass start 13.00.\n	Time limit 50 m
 ins.\n	Registration 12 – 12.45 when competitors will be called-up and le
 d to the Start and Finish area\; approximately 10 minutes.\n	NI Prize givi
 ng in Gortin village (4Km)\, starting at 3.00pm. (Refreshments will be on 
 sale in aid of Junior Development – there is also cafe/pub-grub nearby)\
 n\n&nbsp\;\n\n\n\nEntry Fees – Please note: Members only are eligible fo
 r titles and prizes so please ensure you have joined before entering.\n\nS
 pecial double-event combined: Seniors – £12 (non-members – £14)\; Ju

 of paper.\n\n\n\nCake Stall: The NI Juniors will be selling refreshments a
 t the event.\n\n\n\nTerrain Notes\n\nThis is a classic and very good orien
 teering area. It is a hilly but generally very runnable mature coniferous 
 forest with many paths and roads. There is an area of tough running peat m
 oorland\; only visited by the longer courses. There are numerous indistinc
 t mountain bike routes some of which are unmapped. Care may be needed if s
 treams are in spate and at a 5m Crag control site which is heavily overgro
 wn\; avoid crossing warning tapes (yellow and black)\; red and white tapes
  indicate a v.steep descent/ascent route on the southern edge of the crag.
