 titors can choose to run up a class\, e.g. an M50 may want to run the Long
  course but must then compete as M Open:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCourse\nClasses\
 n\n\nLong (approx 5k)\nM/W Open\n\n\nMedium (approx 3.8k)\nM/W Vet 45+\, 
  M Super Vet 55+\n\n\nShort (approx 2.8k)\nW Super vet 55+\, M/W Ultra ve
 t 65+\, M/W16\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nThere will be a first aid
  and a qualified first aider available at registration. Registration is al
 so a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPlease do not come to the ev
 ent if you are unwell.\n\nPlease bring and carry any medication you might 
 need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across an injure
 d or ill person\, please stop\, help and get further help. There will like
 ly be qualified first aiders on the course who can stop to provide support
 .\n\nAll participants must return to download\, whether they complete the 
 course or not. This is to account for all competitors\, ensuring everyone
 ’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and controls collected in at 3pm s
 harp. If you are still out on the course at this time return to finish and
  download immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nFull body cover is mandatory
 .\n\nA whistle (emergency alert is 6 loud blasts per minute) is mandatory.
 \n\nA waterproof jacket may also be mandatory if the organisers decide the
