 nThe NI Night Championships will have the following classes. Competitors c
 an choose to run up a class\, e.g. an M50 may want to run the Long course 
 but must then compete as M Open:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCourse\nClasses\n\n\nLon
 g (approx 5k)\nM/W Open\n\n\nMedium (approx 3.8k)\nM/W Vet 45+\,  M Super
  Vet 55+\n\n\nShort (approx 2.8k)\nW Super vet 55+\, M/W Ultra vet 65+\, M
 /W16\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nThere will be a first aid and a qu
 alified first aider available at registration. Registration is also a safe
  place for lost children to wait.\n\nPlease do not come to the event if yo
 u are unwell.\n\nPlease bring and carry any medication you might need\, es
 pecially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across an injured or ill 
 person\, please stop\, help and get further help. There will likely be qua
 lified first aiders on the course who can stop to provide support.\n\nAll 
 participants must return to download\, whether they complete the course or
  not. This is to account for all competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe 
 return.\n\nCourses will close and controls collected in at 3pm sharp. If y
 ou are still out on the course at this time return to finish and download 
 immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nFull body cover is mandatory.\n\nA whi
 stle (emergency alert is 6 loud blasts per minute) is mandatory.\n\nA wate
 rproof jacket may also be mandatory if the organisers decide the weather r
