DESCRIPTION:\n\nParking and Registration - located at the Tardree Forest ca
 r park\, there is limited parking\, so please organise car sharing to prev
 ent excessive overflow onto the road.\n\nCourses - There are 6 courses - i
 f you wish to run competitively be carful to choose the course relating to
  your age/gender. Participants may choose to 'run-up' and compete in a mor
 e challenging course than their age (with the exception of Juniors who mus
 t enter their set courses). Participants can also choose to 'run down' and
  be considered uncompetitive.\n\nCourse 1: Open. (M18\, M20\, M21\, M35). 
 4.7km\, 20 controls\, 170m climb.\n\nCourse 2: Male Vets and Female Open. 
 (MV40\, M45\, M50\, W18\, W20\, W21\, W35). 4 km\, 16 controls\, 135m clim
 b.\n\nCourse 3: Male Super Vets and Female Vets (M55\, M60\, W40\, W45\, W
 50). 3.5km\, 12 controls\, 125m climb.\n\nCourse 4: Male Ultra Vets\, Fema
 le Super Vets and Female Ultra Vets (M65+\, W55+). 2.8km\, 11 controls\, 8
 5m climb.\n\nCourse 5: Junior: (MW14\, MW16). 2km\, 10 controls\, 75m clim
 b.\n\nCourse 6: Minor: (MW8\,MW10\,MW12). 1.70km\, 7 controls\, 55m climb.
 \n\nStarts -  Starts will be between 1430-1545\n\nIf you have registered 
 on line\, please proceed directly to the start.\n\nAllow time (10-15 min) 
 for a 1.3km walk from the car park to the start.\n\nFor those attending th
 e NIOA AGM\, please book a later start time.\n\nSafety \n\nThe race is ta
 king place entirely in Carnearney Forest which is on the other side of the
  road to the car park. Please take particular care when crossing and walki
 ng along the road to the start and finish.\n\nCourses close with control c
 ollection at 1700. If still out on the course at this time\, please abort 
 your run and return to download.\n\nAll participants must download at the 
 finish.\n\nEvent Entry and Cost\n\nSenior: Middle Only £10 (Non-member £
