 \nThe event will be signposted off the main road between Omeath and Carlin

 arlingford. Follow along a newly tarmacked forest track approx 1km up to t
 he carpark.\n\nThere are two Start Areas:\n\n 	Low Start - White\, Yellow\
 , Orange and Red start is adjacent to the parking (100m and 0m climb)\n 	H
 igh Start - All technical courses (Light Green\, Short Green\, Green\, Blu
 e and Brown) have a steep climb to the start\, 0.4km with 160m climb.\n\nS

 ard if required\, but lost cards are charged at £30. Sociable group / fam
 ily fee where all are going round a course together – entry fee is per r
 equired number of maps i.e. one entry = one map.\n\n\nTerrain Summary\nOpe
 n mountainside with lots of contour detail\, crags and rentrants of variou
 s sizes and water features.\n\nSummit ridge runs NW to SE and lies to the

 s a combined NI Colour Series and Leinster League event so some courses ar
 e only valid in their respective competitions.\n\n⚪ White – 1.5km + 65
 m climb – navigate along paths with few route choice decisions. Aimed at
  primary school aged newcomers. Map Scale 1:5000\n🟡 Yellow – 1.5km + 
 80m climb – along paths with more route choice decisions. Appropriate fo
 r newcomers and younger juniors with some experience. Map Scale 1:5000\n
 🟠 Orange – 2.9km + 105m climb – skills needed to navigate away from
  paths and more route choice decisions\, some compass skills are expected.
  Aimed at novice adults and improving juniors. Map Scale 1:5000\n🔴 Red 
 – 3.2km + 175m climb [Leinster League ONLY] – skills needed to navigat
 e away from paths and more route choice decisions\, some compass skills ar
 e expected. Aimed at novice adults and improving juniors. Map Scale 1:7500
 \n🟢 Light Green – 2.5km + 40m climb – this course requires confiden
 t map reading and compass skills. Map Scale 1:7500\n🟢 Short Green – 3
 .0km + 35m climb [NICS ONLY] – this course is set at the highest technic
 al difficulty but shorter to attract those who may struggle with a longer 
 physical course. 1:7500\n🟢 Green – 4.4km + 100m climb – technically
  and reasonably physically demanding course. Map Scale 1:7500\n🔵 Blue 
 – 5.5km + 150m climb – technically and physically demanding course. Ma
 p Scale 1:7500\n🟤 Brown – 6.6km + 260m climb – technical and very p
 hysically demanding course. Map Scale 1:7500\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nTh
 ere will be a first aid and a qualified first aider available at registrat
 ion. Registration is also a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPleas
 e do not come to the event if you are unwell.\n\nPlease bring and carry an
 y medication you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf yo
 u come across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get furthe
 r help. There will likely be qualified first aiders on the course who can 
 stop to provide support.\n\nAll participants must return to download\, whe
 ther they complete the course or not. This is to account for all competito
 rs\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and controls
  collected in at 3pm sharp. If you are still out on the course at this tim
 e return to finish and download immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nFull b
 ody cover is mandatory.\n\nA whistle (emergency alert is 6 loud blasts per
  minute) is mandatory.\n\nA waterproof jacket may also be mandatory if the
  organisers decide the weather requires one\, so bring one along just in c
 ase.\n\n\nParking\nSlieve Foye Woods Carpark.\n\nThe event will be signpos

  tarmacked forest track approx 1km up to the carpark. Any overflow will pa
