 fer:\n\nBeginner - about 2km. Navigation using or close to paths and other
  obvious linear features.\n\nImprover - about 2.5-3.5km. On linear feature
 s\, with decision points - this week will be a little harder than usual\,
  but nothing you won't be able to handle!  Please bring a compass if you 
 have one\, if not there will be some available to borrow.  We'll show you
  how to use it if needed.\n\nAdvanced - about 3-3.5km. Challenging navigat
 ion TD4 and physical terrain.\n\nExpert - about 4-5km. Challenging navigat
 ion TD4/5 and physical terrain - special training week - 50/50 contours on
 ly\, and rock features only!\n\n👋Everyone welcome! Complete beginners\,
  families\, dogs\, runners will all find a suitable course to enjoy. For e
 xperienced orienteers there will be longer and technically challenging Adv
 anced / Expert course on offer to help hone your fitness and map reading s
