SUMMARY:MAPRUN training - Lisburn East
DESCRIPTION:To interweave with the WENT events\, we are putting on some Wed
 nesday Evening training activities using the Map Run App that can keep us 
 going through the winter nights and still be open to all comers.\n\nThe se
 cond event is around Lisburn City centre using the Lisburn East course pre
 loaded on the app.\nMeeting at Lagan Bank Carpark\, Lisburn\, BT28 1LU (op
 posite Pure Gym and TK Max).  Parking is free after 6pm.\nMeet from 7:10p
 m for 7:30pm start from the carpark.\nIf you have been Sporteering pre-cov
 id you will know the drill\, but remember your hi-viz and headtorch. If yo
 u haven't been before please do come and read on for the details.\nThis is
  urban score orienteering. 45 minute time limit\, with 10 points lost per 
 minute late. All controls are worth 20 points. There is no flag nor SI uni
 t at the control location. You verify visiting the control site with the M
 aprun6 app.\nPre printed maps provided.\n**  Note the Castle Gardens will
  be closed so avoid the two controls in that area  **\nSo what do you nee
 d to bring and know?\n\n\n 	An iPhone or Android mobile phone with a locat
 ion function.\n 	The "Maprun6" app already downloaded\n 	Hi viz highly rec
 ommended.\n 	An armband to carry your phone is recommended.\n 	Under 16s m
 ust be accompanied by an adult.\n 	A headtorch with charged batteries.\n 	
 A control description holder if you want to use loose descriptions.\n 	Pho
 ne fully charged.\n 	The location function turned on.\n 	Unnecessary apps 
 closed. (This will probably speed up the location function).\n 	Display se
 tting set to always on.\n 	Obey the Highway Code at all times.\n 	£2 for
