 newcomers\nand younger juniors with some experience.\n🟠 Orange - km + m
  climb - Skills needed to navigate away from paths and more route choice\n
 decisions\, some compass skills are expected. Aimed at novice adults and i
 mproving juniors.\n🟢 Short Green - km + m climb - Technically and reaso
 nably physically demanding course.\n🔵 Short Blue - km + m climb - Techn

 fety\nWatch out for other park users\, including dog walkers\, bikers and 
 golfers.\n\nThere will be first aid and a qualified first aider available 
 at registration. If you come across an injured or ill person\, please stop
 \, help and get further help. There will likely be qualified first aiders 
 on the course who can stop to provide support. Please do not come to the e
 vent if you are unwell. Please bring and carry any medication you might ne
 ed\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nPlease take a note of the cour
 se closure time. If you are still out on the course at this time return to
  finish and download immediately. All participants must return to download
 \, whether they complete the course or not. This is to account for all com
 petitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nRegistration is a safe pl
 ace for lost children to wait.\n\n\nKit requirements\n\n\n 	Full body cove
 r is optional | advised | mandatory.\n 	A whistle is mandatory (emergency 
 alert is 6 loud blasts per minute).\n 	A waterproof jacket may also be man
