DESCRIPTION:Spring Cup 1 is a great opportunity to get out and blow away th
 e winter cobwebs! There are courses for everyone and newcomers are especia
 lly welcome.\n\nBe prepared for muddy conditions as Parkanaur Forest has c
 ollected its fair share of the rain that has fallen in recent weeks.\nThe 
 river is running very high\; also note that the ditches sometimes hold dee
 p water and are unusually steep sided in places.\nSome earthbanks have bro
 ken down fences on top that are hard to see.\n\nMap Scale is 1:7500 with c
 ontours at 5m intervals.\n\nThere are a few important rules to keep us all
  safe:\nDo not cross the river\, except by the bridges.\nYoung competitors
  on the Yellow course must be shadowed by an adult.\nYou must carry a whis
 tle and are advised to wear a cagoule.\nFull leg cover is strongly recomme
 nded.\nAll courses pass through the deer park - it is important to ensure 
 the gates close at the entrance and exit to this paddock.\n\n\nRegistratio
 n is in the main car park and opens at 11:30.\nThere are toilets nearby in
  the courtyard of the big house.\nNote the start times shown above are sli
 ghtly later than originally listed.\nCourses close at 15:30 and controls w
