 I card if required\, but lost cards are charged at £30.\n\n\nTerrain Summ
 ary\nThe terrain is mixed forest\, paths and grass. There is also an urban

  – along paths with more route choice decisions. Appropriate for newcome
 rs and younger juniors with some experience.\n🟠 Orange – km + m climb
  – skills needed to navigate away from paths and more route choice decis
 ions\, some compass skills are expected. Aimed at novice adults and improv
 ing juniors.\n🟢 Light Green – km + m climb – this course requires c
 onfident map reading and compass skills.\n🔵 Short Blue – km + m climb
  – technically and physically demanding course.\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safet
 y\nThere will be a first aid and a qualified first aider available at regi
 stration. Registration is also a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\n
 Please do not come to the event if you are unwell. Please bring and carry 
 any medication you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf 
 you come across an injured or ill person\, please stop\, help and get furt
 her help. There will likely be qualified first aiders on the course who ca
 n stop to provide support.\n\nAll participants must return to download\, w
 hether they complete the course or not. This is to account for all competi
 tors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and contro
 ls collected in at 3pm sharp. If you are still out on the course at this t
 ime return to finish and download immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nFull
  body cover is mandatory.\n\nA whistle (emergency alert is 6 loud blasts p
 er minute) is mandatory.\n\nA waterproof jacket may also be mandatory if t
 he organisers decide the weather requires one\, so bring one along just in
  case.\n\n\nParking\nCar parking at the Belvoir Activity Centre. Overflow 
 at BB Sports field pavilion car park – as you leave the Activity centre 
 take a left and it is the second road on your left before the main entranc
 e to the Park.  It is just a 3 minute walk from the BB car park back down
  to the Activity centre\, passing the 3G pitch and Forestside Church.\n\n\
 nToilets\nToilets are located inside the Belvoir Activity Centre.\n\n\n
