 e\ndecisions\, some compass skills are expected. Aimed at novice adults an
 d improving juniors.\n🟢 Short Green - km + m climb - Technically and re
 asonably physically demanding course.\n🔵 Short Blue - km + m climb - Te

 gh undergrowth\, marshes\, drainage ditches and zero shelter from the elem
 ents.\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nWatch out for other mountain users\, part
 icularly dog walkers.\n\nThere will be first aid and a qualified first aid
 er available at registration. If you come across an injured or ill person\
 , please stop\, help and get further help. There will likely be qualified 
 first aiders on the course who can stop to provide support. Please do not 
 come to the event if you are unwell. Please bring and carry any medication
  you might need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nPlease take a not
 e of the course closure time. If you are still out on the course at this t
 ime return to finish and download immediately. All participants must retur
 n to download\, whether they complete the course or not. This is to accoun
 t for all competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nRegistration
  is a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\n\nKit requirements\n\n\n 	F
 ull body cover is mandatory.\n 	A whistle is mandatory (emergency alert is
  6 loud blasts per minute).\n 	A waterproof jacket may also be mandatory i
 f the organisers decide the weather requires one\, so bring one along.\n\n
 \n\n\nParking\nThe National Trust has generously given us access to the mo
 untain\, car park and toilets free of charge but a donation of £2 per car
  from non NT members would be appreciated. You can leave your donation at 
 the café adjacent to Registration in the top car park\, and why not buy y
 ourself some tea and buns while you’re there!\n\nParking at the top car 
 park is limited. Additional parking\, which is also free\, is available at
  the entrance\, some 700m from Registration.\n\n\nRegistration\, Start\, F
