  to re-run the TD4 or TD5 courses that they completed at the NICS event th
 e previous week or to try a different course.\n\nStakes and tape will be l
 eft out after the event (but no orienteering flags)\, so control sites are
  still marked albeit indistinctly.\n\nCoaches will be available on the hil
 lside to shadow or work with a group.\n\n\nEntry/Registration\nThis traini
 ng is for juniors and their families only. To be added to the attendance l
 ist\, please contact Steph Pruzina.\n\n\nRegistration closes\nN/A\n\n\nSta
 rt Times\nArrive by 11am so that groups can be divided up. Training takes

 nPlease bring your map from last week's NICS. We will have spare maps also
  if you forget.\n\nBring a compass if you use and have one. Dibbers are no
 t required.\n\n🧥👖 Full body cover is mandatory -  waterproof coat w
 ith hood\, waterproof trousers\, hat\, and gloves. As well as times of exe
 rcise there will be periods of coaching when you will be stationary\, so l
 ayer up. Bring a bag to keep layers in if not needed\, as there will be no
  drop-off point on the mountain.\n\nA whistle is mandatory - emergency ale
