 , more confident\, and find friends to run about with in forests and up mo
 untains? Would like to learn a new outdoor sport that all the family can t
 ake part in?\n\nTaking place on the last Sunday of the month\, LVO invites
  you to Running Wild\, a chance for like-minded families to learn about or
 ienteering together and find out about how to get involved in our exciting
  club and sport.\n\nSessions are for children in Primary 4 and above. If c
 hildren are younger\, please get in contact with us (email juniors_familie
 s@lvo.org.uk) to find out other exciting orienteering opportunities for th
 em.\n\nAll children must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of th
 e coaching\, up to a maximum of four children per adult. This is not a dro

 or registration. Coaching takes place 11am to 12pm\, with a chance to catc
 h up with coaches and friends over tea/coffee/squash until 12.30pm.\n\n\nP
 rice\n💰 Training is free for members of LVO\, NIOA and Orienteering Ire
 land.\n\n💰 Non-members are also welcome to attend any of our activities
  and events\, but there is a £3 fee per child for this activity\, up to a
  max of £10 per family. After attending three orienteering events\, peopl
 e must join a club so they are insured. For 2025 membership\, JOIN HERE vi
 a the British Orienteering website\, selecting LVO as your club.\n\n\nTerr
 ain Summary\nTollymore forest is a great place to discover the sport of or
 ienteering. It has a network of paths and tracks to help navigate\, as wel
 l as runnable forest with a variety of features. The forest is popular wit
 h hikers\, runners\, dog walkers\, horse riders and mountain bikers\, so t
 ake care and treat others with courtesy.\n\n\nPrevious Maps/Routegadget\nT

 s\n👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Groups will be organised into children with t
 he same level of technical ability\, each having a dedicated coach.\n\n\nK
 it requirements\n🧥👖 Full body cover is mandatory. If the weather is 
 cold or wet – a waterproof jacket will be mandatory. As well as times of
  exercise there will be periods of coaching when you will be stationary\, 
 so layer up – bring along an extra jumper\, a hat and gloves to keep com
 fortable. There is likely to be a bag drop off point with a coach present 
 or close by. NOTE: the club or coach is not responsible for the safe keepi
 ng of the kit\, it is dropped off at your own risk\, so please leave any v
 aluables in the car. All should carry whistles.\n\n\nParking\n£5 at entra
 nce\; free if you have annual pass (cost of £40).\n\n\n\nToilets\nBeside
