 n⚪ White – km + m climb – navigate along paths with few route choice
  decisions. Aimed at primary school aged newcomers.\n🟡 Yellow – km + 
 m climb – along paths with more route choice decisions. Appropriate for 
 newcomers and younger juniors with some experience.\n🟠 Orange – km + 
 m climb – skills needed to navigate away from paths and more route choic
 e decisions\, some compass skills are expected. Aimed at novice adults and
  improving juniors.\n🟢 Light Green – km + m climb – this course req
 uires confident map reading and compass skills.\n🟢 Short Green – km +
  m climb – this course is set at the highest technical difficulty but sh
 orter to attract those who may struggle with a longer physical course.\n
 🟢 Green – km + m climb – technically and reasonably physically dema
 nding course.\n🔵 Blue – km + m climb – technically and physically d
 emanding course.\n🟤 Brown – km + m climb – technical and very physi
 cally demanding course.\n\n\nFirst Aid and Safety\nThere will be a first a
 id and a qualified first aider available at registration. Registration is 
 also a safe place for lost children to wait.\n\nPlease do not come to the 
 event if you are unwell.\n\nPlease bring and carry any medication you migh
 t need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nIf you come across an inju
 red or ill person\, please stop\, help and get further help. There will li
 kely be qualified first aiders on the course who can stop to provide suppo
 rt.\n\nAll participants must return to download\, whether they complete th
 e course or not. This is to account for all competitors\, ensuring everyon
 e’s safe return.\n\nCourses will close and controls collected in at 3pm 
 sharp. If you are still out on the course at this time return to finish an
 d download immediately.\n\n\nKit requirements\nFull body cover is mandator
 y.\n\nA whistle (emergency alert is 6 loud blasts per minute) is mandatory
 .\n\nA waterproof jacket may also be mandatory if the organisers decide th
