 lable at registration. If you come across an injured or ill person\, pleas
 e stop\, help and get further help. There will likely be qualified first a
 iders on the course who can stop to provide support. Please do not come to
  the event if you are unwell. Please bring and carry any medication you mi
 ght need\, especially inhalers and EpiPen’s.\n\nPlease take a note of th
 e course closure time. If you are still out on the course at this time ret
 urn to finish and download immediately. All participants must return to do
 wnload\, whether they complete the course or not. This is to account for a
 ll competitors\, ensuring everyone’s safe return.\n\nRegistration is a s
