DESCRIPTION:\n\nFOOT - Friday Open Orienteering Training is exactly that - 
 training open to all!\n\nSo\, whether you are an experienced orienteer\, a
  mountain runner wanting to improve your nav skills\, a complete novice wa
 nting to learn a new skill or a family wanting to get out together and exp
 lore - we have it covered!\n\nCourses and Coaching\n\n🗺 3 training cour
 ses available to suit all ages and abilities.\n\n🙂 Coach available for 
 novice and improver orienteers.\n\n⏱ Timing (dibbers) will be used\, and
  a printout of your results provided.\n\n🧭 Dibbers and compasses can be
  borrowed for free\, but a replacement fee of £30 will be required if los
 t.\n\nEntries/Cost\n\n💻 You can enter a single training session or mult
 iple sessions on the online form using the QR code above or HERE on this l
 ink. \n\nNote: ENTRY DEADLINE is midnight\, WED 12th June!\n\n💰 Free f
 or Orienteering Club members. Non-members £5 adult and £2 U18s.\n\nStart
 /Finish/Registration and Download\n\n⏰ NOTE registration time\, is betwe
 en 5 pm and 7pm.\n\n📝 Registration and map collection will be located i
 n the reception area of the main TNOC building.\n\n🛑 Courses will close
  and controls will be collected in at 8pm. Please report back to download 
 by 8pm.\n\nOther facilities\n\n🚗 Parking - available at the centre.\n\n
 🚽 Toilets located in the centre.\n\n☕ Hot drinks and traybakes availa
