DESCRIPTION:\n\nFOOT - Friday Open Orienteering Training is exactly that - 
 training open to all!\n\nSo\, whether you are an experienced orienteer\, a
  fell runner wanting to improve your nav skills\, a complete novice wantin
 g to learn a new skill or a family wanting to get out together and explore
  - we have it covered!\n\nCourses and Coaching\n\n🗺 3 training courses 
 available to suit all ages and abilities.\n\n🙂 Coach available for novi
 ce and improver orienteers.\n\n⏱ Timing (dibbers) will be used\, and a p
 rintout of your results provided.\n\n🧭 Dibbers and compasses can be bor
 rowed for free\, but a replacement fee of £30 will be required if lost.\n
 \nEntries/Cost\n\n💻 You can enter a single training session or multiple
  sessions on the online form using the QR code above or HERE on this link.
  \n\n💰 Free for Orienteering Club members. Non-members £5 adult and 
 £2 U18s.\n\nStart/Finish/Registration and Download\n\n⏰ NOTE registrati
 on time\, is restricted to between 6.00-6.15pm. After registering\, we wil
 l all walk down the lane together to the start. The start and finish will 
 be on the open hill near the end of the lane. Starts will be at 6.30pm and
  courses will close at 8pm sharp. Note: Late arrivals may choose to regist
 er at the Start\, but the latest start time will be strictly 7pm.\n\n📝 
 Registration and map collection will be located at the overflow carpark be
 hind the Meelmore Lodge Café building.\n\n🛑 Courses will close and con
 trols will be collected in at 8pm. Please report back to download by 8pm.\
 n\nOther facilities\n\n🚗 Parking - available. Note a £4 parking charge
  applies\, please pay at Meelmore Lodge reception.\n\n🚽 Toilets availab
