DESCRIPTION:\n\nFOOT - Friday Open Orienteering Training is exactly that - 
 training open to all!\n\nSo\, whether you are an experienced orienteer\, a
  fell runner wanting to improve your nav skills\, a complete novice wantin
 g to learn a new skill or a family wanting to get out together and explore
  - we have it covered!\n\nCourses and Coaching\n\n🗺 3 training courses 
 available to suit all ages and abilities.\n\n🙂 Coach available for novi
 ce and improver orienteers.\n\n⏱ Timing (dibbers) will be used\, and a p
 rintout of your results provided.\n\n🧭 Dibbers and compasses can be bor
 rowed for free\, but a replacement fee of £30 will be required if lost.\n
 \nEntries/Cost\n\n💻 You can enter a single training session or multiple
  sessions on the online form using the QR code above or HERE on this link.
  \n\n💰 Free for Orienteering Club members. Non-members £5 adult and 
 £2 U18s.\n\nStart/Finish/Registration and Download\n\n⏰ Registration op
 en from 3.30pm until 7pm. Whether you are dropping by straight after schoo
 l or making the trip down after work we will cater for you!\n\n📝 Regist
 ration and map collection will be located near the main car park - Login a
 t the LOG (Lime Orienteering Gazebo).\n\n🛑 Courses will close and contr
 ols will be collected in at 8pm. Please report back to download by 8pm.\n\
