DESCRIPTION:We're slipping an extra Sporteering in to the calendar this wee
 k.  The course is a re-run of a previous one with a bit of a tweak.\n\nMe
 eting at Slim's Healthy Kitchen\,  28 Belmont Rd\, Belfast BT4 2AN.\n\nTh
 ere is parking along the Belmont Road in front of the shops.  Alternative
 ly try the carpark behind the Tesco's store at the lights (Dundela Crescen
 t)\, or along Wilgar Street\, in front of Dundela Infant School.\n\nMeet f
 rom 7pm to jog out to the start location\, for 7:30 start. \n\nIf you hav
 e been Sporteering before you will know the drill\, but remember your hi-v
 iz and headtorch. If you haven't been before please do come and read on fo
 r the details.\n\nThis is urban score orienteering. 1 hour time limit\, wi
 th 1 points lost per minute late. Controls are worth between 1 and 5 point
 s. There is no flag nor SI unit at the control location. You verify visiti
 ng the control site with the Sporteering app.\n\nPre printed maps provided
 .\n\nSo what do you need to bring and know?\n\n 	An iPhone or Android mobi
 le phone with a location function.\n 	The "Sporteering" app already downlo
 aded\n 	A Sporteering account already created. (If you have problems withi
 n the app\, do it at www.sporteering.com).\n 	Hi viz highly recommended.\n
  	An armband to carry your phone is recommended.\n 	Under 16s must be acco
 mpanied by an adult.\n 	A headtorch with charged batteries.\n 	A control d
 escription holder if you want to use loose descriptions.\n 	Phone fully ch
 arged.\n 	The location function turned on.\n 	Unnecessary apps closed. (Th
 is will probably speed up the location function).\n 	Display setting set t
 o always on.\n 	Obey the Highway Code at all times.\n 	£3 for members\,
