 o his private land.\n\n\nEvent Format\nClub Meet\, Coaching and Social. A 
 way to improve your orienteering skills in a social way without the pressu
 re of competition. Taking place seven times a year (Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr/May/Se
 p/Oct)\, club coaches put on sessions for orienteers\, no matter your age 
 or level. Everyone is welcome!\n\n\nEntry/Registration\nRegister via this 
 ONLINE FORM.\n\n\nRegistration closes\nMidnight\, Tuesday 1 September 2026
 \n\n\nStart Times\nArrive 10am for registration. Coaching takes place 10.1
 5am to 12.15pm.\n\nControl gathering 12.15pm to 12.45pm. Social of shared 
 packed lunch takes place afterwards 12.45pm to 2pm.\n\n\nPrice\n💰 Club 
 Meets are FREE for members of LVO\, NIOA and Orienteering Ireland as well 
 as O-Play and TD1/2 Juniors.\n\nNon-members are also welcome to attend any
  of our activities and events but there is a £5 fee per person for this a
 ctivity. After attending three orienteering events\, people must join a cl

 /join\n\nPlease note: Participants who are not members of British Orientee
 ring or of another orienteering federation are not covered by British Orie
 nteering’s public liability insurance. You are welcome to enter this eve
 nt\, but please understand that you are taking part at your own risk. For 
 example\, if you were to accidentally injure a member of the public or dam
 age property during the event\, you would not be covered. Members of Orien
 teering Ireland are covered by British Orienteering insurance. \n\n\nTerr

 👩‍👧‍👦 Groups will be organised into people with the same leve
 l of technical ability\, each having a dedicated coach:\n🟠 TD 3 (Orange
 ) Courses use basic use of a compass and route choice. Ideal for novice or
 ienteers or young juniors with experience (ideally aged 10 and above).\n
 🟢🔵🟤 TD4 and 5 (Lt Green\, Green\, Blue and Brown) Challenging nav
 igation with route choice and using more contour and point features suitab
 le for experienced juniors and adults.\n\n\nKit requirements\n🧥👖 Ful
 l body cover is mandatory. If the weather is cold or wet – a waterproof 
 jacket will be mandatory. As well as times of exercise there will be perio
 ds of coaching when you will be stationary\, so layer up – bring along a
  hat and gloves to keep comfortable. There is likely to be a bag drop off 
 point with a coach present or close by. NOTE: the club or coach is not res
 ponsible for the safe keeping of the kit\, it is dropped off at your own r
 isk\, so please leave any valuables in the car. All should carry whistles.
  Bring a compass if you use and have one. Some base plate and thumb compas
 ses will be available to borrow and try out. Dibbers are not required.\n\n
