 eering skills in a social way without the pressure of competition. Taking 
 place seven times a year (Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr/May/Sep/Oct)\, club coaches put 
 on sessions for orienteers\, no matter your age or level. Everyone is welc

 ive 10am for registration. Coaching takes place 10.15am to 12.15pm.\n\nCon
 trol gathering 12.15pm to 12.45pm. Social of shared packed lunch takes pla
 ce afterwards 12.45pm to 2pm.\n\n\nPrice\n💰 Club Meets are FREE for mem
 bers of LVO\, NIOA and Orienteering Ireland as well as O-Play and TD1/2 Ju
 niors.\n\nNon-members are also welcome to attend any of our activities and
  events but there is a £5 fee per person for this activity. After attendi
 ng three orienteering events\, people must join a club so they are insured

 Participants who are not members of British Orienteering or of another ori
 enteering federation are not covered by British Orienteering’s public li
 ability insurance. You are welcome to enter this event\, but please unders
 tand that you are taking part at your own risk. For example\, if you were 
 to accidentally injure a member of the public or damage property during th
 e event\, you would not be covered. Members of Orienteering Ireland are co

 👦 Groups will be organised into people with the same level of technical
  ability\, each having a dedicated coach:\n⚪🟡 Technical Difficulty (T
 D) 1 and 2 (White and Yellow) Easy courses with all controls mostly on lin
 ear features such as paths\, walls and streams. Suitable for P4 children a
 nd above and adult newcomers who want a gentle introduction to orienteerin
 g.\n🟠 TD 3 (Orange) Courses use basic use of a compass and route choice
 . Ideal for novice orienteers or young juniors with experience (ideally ag
 ed 10 and above).\n🟢🔵🟤 TD4 and 5 (Lt Green\, Green\, Blue and Bro
 wn) Challenging navigation with route choice and using more contour and po
 int features suitable for experienced juniors and adults.\n\n\nKit require
 ments\n🧥👖 Full body cover is mandatory. If the weather is cold or we
 t – a waterproof jacket will be mandatory. As well as times of exercise 
 there will be periods of coaching when you will be stationary\, so layer u
 p – bring along a hat and gloves to keep comfortable. There is likely to
  be a bag drop off point with a coach present or close by. NOTE: the club 
 or coach is not responsible for the safe keeping of the kit\, it is droppe
 d off at your own risk\, so please leave any valuables in the car. All sho
 uld carry whistles. Bring a compass if you use and have one. Some base pla
 te and thumb compasses will be available to borrow and try out. Dibbers ar
